Big Yellow Moon

I was very young at my grandparents house on Cape Cod. I woke up at some point to see light below the door. Figuring it was already morning, I walked out to the living room. It was still night, and the moon was massive. The wall of the living room was mostly windows and the moon stretched to each one. I sat down at the coffee table with my crayons and drew tigers on construction paper until the sun came up.
